1. Warranty Coverage

REVD Toys™ ("Manufacturer") warrants that its 3D-printed toy products ("Product" or "Toy") will be free from defects in material and workmanship that result from the manufacturing process, for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date (“Warranty Period”), when used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.

This warranty is made exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Registration Requirement

To activate this warranty, the original purchaser must complete online registration of the Product within thirty (30) days of purchase. Warranty registration must include a copy of the purchase receipt (digital or physical).

Failure to register the Product within this time frame will void all warranty coverage.

3. Important Note on 3D Printing Tolerances

Due to the nature of 3D printing technology, minor surface variations, layer lines, or cosmetic imperfections are normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect under this warranty. These visual characteristics are inherent to the additive manufacturing process and do not affect the structural integrity or intended functionality of the Toy.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from play or handling
• Damage caused by dropping, impact, chewing, or crushing
• Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, or modification
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, moisture, or UV light
• Damage from improper cleaning or disassembly
• Loss or theft of the Toy
• Commercial, rental, daycare, or institutional use
• Unauthorized repairs or use of non-manufacturer parts
• This warranty does not apply to any accessories, third-party add-ons, or custom modifications.

5. Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:

1. Ensure the Toy was properly registered within the required 30-day window.

2. Contact Customer Support at [Insert Contact Info] to initiate a claim and request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. Submit the following:

• Proof of completed warranty registration
• Copy of original purchase receipt
• Clear photos of the claimed defect
• Description of the issue

Upon approval, the Product must be shipped (postage prepaid) to Manufacturer’s designated return center with the RA number included. Incomplete returns may be rejected.

6. Manufacturer’s Remedies

If a defect is confirmed within the Warranty Period, Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the defective Toy;

Replace it with an identical or comparable product (new or refurbished); Or issue a refund for the original purchase price.

This remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy available under this Limited Warranty.

7. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, inconsequential damages, including but not limited to injury, loss of use, or loss of enjoyment resulting from use or misuse of the Toy. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on such damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Compliance and Safety Disclaimer

All 3D-printed toys provided by Manufacturer are intended for use by individuals in accordance with age recommendations and safety guidelines as labeled. Manufacturer shall not be liable for any injuries resulting from unauthorized or unsupervised use of the Toy, especially by children under the recommended age.
